Shipping Policies

* All items are ready to ship (RTS) unless specified as made to order (MTO), which are 1-3 weeks.

* All items will be shipped to the address linked to your account.

* All orders are shipped USPS First Class. If you require a shipping upgrade, please contact me for a quote. In addition, if you require shipping insurance, please contact me. FleurFotoKnits is not responsible for any orders shipped without insurance that go missing or arrive damaged.

* First Class packages arrive within 5-6 days business days from ship date. Depending on your location, it may be as quickly as 2-3 days. Delivery confirmation is provided on First Class packages. This is not Tracking. Packages may or may not be scanned in at various stopping points along the USPS route, and are scanned at the final destination of delivery.

* Delivery time for First Class International packages varies by destination. Most packages arrive within 1-14 days from ship date, however some destinations can take up to four weeks or longer.

* All duty fee or taxes incurred at customs for international packages are the responsibility of the customer. Due to legalities, we cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their value. If you are in a country that has high custom fees, we suggest you order items separately.

Processing time

All ready-to-ship (RTS) orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

All products not marked as ready-to-ship item (RTS) will be shipped within 1-3 weeks depending on the item and the availability of yarn needed.

Orders containing both RTS and made-to-order items are packed and shipped together after all made-to-order items are ready.

 Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I do provide exceptional customer service, so if there are any problems with your order, please contact me immediately.

Care of Props

Please hand-wash only - water should be room temperature or lower. After washing, lay flat to dry.
